About the Service

There are moments when life feels heavy, confusing, or simply stuck — when the ways we’ve learned to cope stop working, or when old patterns start repeating themselves in painful ways. Individual therapy is a space to pause and make sense of what’s happening inside and around you.


In my work, I bring curiosity, compassion, and a steady presence to help you slow down and listen more closely — to your thoughts, your body, your emotions, and the stories that have shaped you. Together, we explore what feels difficult, what gets in the way, and what might be possible if there were more ease, clarity, or connection.


My approach draws from attachment and systemic perspectives, and is informed by emotion-focused and body-based awareness. We move at a pace that feels safe, allowing space for reflection and new insight to emerge naturally.


This isn’t about “fixing” yourself. It’s about understanding how your experiences — past and present — have shaped the way you respond to life, and learning new ways of relating to yourself and others. Over time, therapy can help you feel more grounded, more choiceful, and more at home in your own life.
